Manage your privacy choices

The Privacy Settings tool controls only the optional website technologies shown in it. A cookie choice does not authorize iMedia Stores to use or upload customer identifiers for Customer Match or other customer-list advertising, and it does not subscribe anyone to Email, SMS, or WhatsApp marketing. Those purposes are not offered or recorded through this tool. If iMedia Stores offers any of them at a separate collection point, it must provide a separate just-in-time notice and obtain the required affirmative choice or another valid documented legal basis. Operational messages concerning orders, delivery, account security, customer support, returns, refunds or warranty are not marketing messages.

1. Website cookies and technologies

• Strictly necessary: required for security, fraud prevention, account access, basket and checkout functions, and recording your privacy choice. These cannot be switched off through the preference centre.
• Functional: remembers optional website preferences and convenience features.
• Analytics: helps us understand website performance and improve the customer experience using aggregated or device-level measurements.
• Advertising: allows advertising platforms to measure campaigns, limit repeated advertising, and—when you permit it—personalize advertisements.

2. Personalized advertising using customer details

This processing is not offered or recorded through the Privacy Settings tool. If iMedia Stores offers it at a separate collection point, that point must provide a just-in-time notice and obtain the required affirmative choice or another valid documented legal basis before eligible first-party identifiers are used to create or update an advertising audience.

Where such processing is separately offered and lawfully authorized, identifiers may be normalized and securely hashed before upload. The provider may compare them with identifiers held for its users and report audience processing or matching results. We do not upload passwords, payment-card details, private order notes, or information that is not required for matching.

3. Direct marketing

Email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing are not offered or recorded through the Privacy Settings tool. Choosing website analytics or advertising cookies does not subscribe you to marketing messages. If a marketing channel is offered at a separate collection point, that point must provide its own notice and obtain the required affirmative choice or another valid documented legal basis; operational order, delivery, account-security, support, return, refund, and warranty messages are not marketing.

4. Review, change, or withdraw a choice

Select the Privacy settings control available on the website to reopen the preference centre. You may grant or deny each displayed optional website-technology category and save a replacement choice. A saved withdrawal applies to future optional website-technology processing.

If the control is temporarily unavailable, or if you want to submit an access, correction, objection, withdrawal, or deletion request, email [email protected] with the subject Privacy Request. Please do not include passwords, verification codes, or complete payment-card details.

5. Suppression after withdrawal

Where your details were lawfully included in an advertising audience or direct-marketing channel, we will use the provider’s supported removal or suppression process after a valid withdrawal. We may retain a limited suppression record where necessary to help prevent the same identifier from being re-added to the withdrawn purpose.
