The system is remarkably easy to use, and it works right out of the box. You just plug in the mic, turn on the power and go. It utilizes the UHF (Ultra High Frequency) spectrum, which helps you avoid interference, and its 514-596 MHz range is not impacted by the FCC’s ban of the 600 MHz frequencies. An automatic-scan feature locates the best available channel for you and the infrared synchronization makes the process a snap. The compact, dual-channel RX9 receiver also features, two separate wireless receivers. This gives you the ability to run two separate wireless microphones anytime, by just adding an additional optional transmitter.

The TX9 also features a High/Medium/Low RX transmission power output setting, allowing users to conserve batteries in controlled recording environments. Because the TX9 is wired with the standard 3.5mm TRS pin-out, it allows for use with hundreds of lavalier, headset, instrument and gooseneck microphones. Including the premium-quality Saramonic DK3 Lavalier, water-proof DK5 Lavalier, DK6 low-profile headset mic, or the UMIC-M2 mini-gooseneck mic. The TX9 also feature a handy muting feature if the person wearing the clip-on lavalier microphone needs privacy, and a flashing red LED reminds you to unmute it afterward.
